Going Deeper into The Work of Byron Katie

During this half-day workshop, UC Davis-certified life coach Becky Lindstrom will guide you through a variety of exercises to help you get more comfortable with doing The Work on the various beliefs, judgments, and assumptions you hold about yourself and the world around you.

Prior experience with The Work is required. If you are interested in attending, but have no prior experience, you can meet this requirement by participating in Becky’s introductory class on April 10th, or reading The Little Book and watching a few short video clips prior to the workshop.
