How do you want to live your whole life?
My journey to getting my coaching certification from UC Davis in 2014, actually began in 2008, when I had my first panic attack. For two years afterward, I struggled silently with the intense discomfort, fear, and shame of generalized anxiety until I finally realized I had to reach out for help. Thanks to an insightful therapist and many life-changing books, the seeds of self-awareness began to sprout, and over the next three years the grip of anxiety began to loosen. When I finally found the courage to share my story with others, I quickly discovered I wasn't alone. Moreover, I realized I could help people simply by listening to them.
And that's when I found my calling.
A life coach is someone who empowers people to improve their quality of life through active listening and powerful questioning. I take the perspective that you, the client, are never broken; therefore it isn't my job to fix you. This wisdom hints at an even deeper essential truth we all have to learn for ourselves:
Even on your darkest days when you feel damaged beyond repair, you are still whole.
Coaching can help you realize it.
I now serve as a compassionate, collaborative partner for empathetic, naturally selfless perfectionists who want to nurture their own seeds of self-awareness. My vision for the world is one in which every person has the clarity and self-worth to experience wholeness and find authentic fulfillment, even in the midst of life's most daunting challenges. If it's time for us to talk, just let me know...
I provide coaching services by phone to clients around the world, as well as locally in the South Bend area.
Due to my higher education consulting work, I am currently accepting clients on a case-by-case basis. If you're interested in working with me, contact me to set up a free introductory session. Prior to our conversation, please be sure to read about my Wholeness Framework.
- My ideal clients identify as selfless perfectionists (empathetic and naturally selfless, with very high standards and an active inner-critic).
- My session rate for individuals is $100/hour.
- This amount is negotiable depending on your unique financial circumstances and my availability. I'm happy to discuss adjustment options with you.
- If you'd like to receive executive coaching through your employer, request information about my rates and packages for corporate and nonprofit contracts.
I'm very flexible when it comes to the number and frequency of your sessions. I work with clients on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis, and am happy to make adjustments as necessary.
